Article I - Elective Franchise
SEC. 2A.

Universal Citation: MD Const art I § 2A
The General Assembly shall have the power to allow a qualified individual to register and vote at a precinct polling place on Election Day (added by Chapter 855, Acts of 2018, ratified Nov. 6, 2018).
