Iowa Constitution
Article IV - EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT.
§ 14 Disqualification.
No persons shall, while
holding any office under the authority of the United States, or this
state, execute the office of governor, or lieutenant governor, except as
hereinafter expressly provided.
