Article IV - EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT.
§ 13 Adjournment.
In case of disagreement
between the two houses with respect to the time of adjournment, the
governor shall have power to adjourn the general assembly to such time
as he may think proper; but no such adjournment shall be beyond the time
fixed for the regular meeting of the next general assembly.
