Article III - OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF POWERS.
§ 39 Legislative districts.
In establishing
senatorial and representative districts, the state shall be divided into
as many senatorial districts as there are members of the senate and into
as many representative districts as there are members of the house of
representatives.
One senator shall be elected from each senatorial district and one representative shall be elected from each representative district.
