Article I - BILL OF RIGHTS.
§ 9 Right of trial by jury — due process of law.
The right of trial by jury shall remain inviolate; but the general
assembly may authorize trial by a jury of a less number than twelve men
in inferior courts; but no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or
property, without due process of law.
