Article I - BILL OF RIGHTS.
§ 12 Twice tried — bail.
No person shall after
acquittal, be tried for the same offence. All persons shall, before
conviction, be bailable, by sufficient sureties, except for capital
offences where the proof is evident, or the presumption great.
