Section 8.
Universal Citation: CA Constitution art X A § 8
SEC. 8.
This article shall have no force or effect unless Senate Bill No. 200 of the 1979–80 Regular Session of the Legislature is enacted and takes effect.
(Sec. 8 added Nov. 4, 1980, by Prop. 8. Res.Ch. 49, 1980. Note: SB 200 (Stats. 1980, Ch. 632) did not take effect and was rejected by referendum on June 8, 1982.)
