33-16-405. Permits to operate crematories.

Any person, firm, association or corporation, desiring to operate a crematory in the state of Wyoming shall apply for and receive from the state board of embalming a permit or license to be issued by and in such form as the state board of embalming prescribes. Applications for permits to operate crematories shall be in writing and shall contain the name of the applicant, the address and location of the crematory and such further information as the state board of embalming requires. The state board of embalming shall examine the premises and structure to be used as a crematory and shall issue the permit only if the applicant and the structure meet the standards required by the rules and regulations of the state board of embalming and the provisions of this act.
