33-16-204. Compensation of secretary; per diem for members.
The members of this board shall receive no salary, except the secretary who shall receive such sum as set by the board, but each member of the board shall be allowed five dollars ($5.00) per day and shall receive travel expenses, per diem and mileage expenses in the same manner and amount as employees of the state, but per diem shall not be allowed for more than six (6) days at any one (1) examination.
