7-16-305. Eligibility.


WY Stat § 7-16-305 (through 2012) What's This?

(a) No inmate is eligible for work release consideration who:

(i) At the time of consideration has any legal proceedings pending which could affect his status as an inmate;

(ii) Has been convicted of first degree murder;

(iii) Is serving a term of life imprisonment; or

(iv) Has been sentenced to death.
