5-9-111. Qualifications for appointment.
WY Stat § 5-9-111 (through 2012) What's This?
(a) To be eligible for appointment to the office of judge of a circuit court, a person shall be:
(i) A qualified elector of the state; and
(ii) Authorized to practice law in Wyoming.
