5-2-403. Defraying cost of advertising for proposals; payment of contract price.

The cost of advertising for proposals shall be defrayed out of the contingent fund of the supreme court. Upon the publication of any volume the auditor shall draw his warrant upon the treasurer for the contract price, in favor of the publisher; upon the presentation of a proper voucher accompanied by a receipt of the librarian showing the delivery of the number of copies provided for by the contract, together with a certificate of the secretary of state showing the name of the contractor and the contract price and a certificate from the justices of the supreme court or a majority thereof stating that the volume has their approval.
