CHAPTER 2 - PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION
37-2-304. Administration; rules.
(a) The commission shall monitor the effectiveness of the telephone assistance program and include such information in its annual reports to the legislature.
(b) The commission shall promulgate reasonable rules and regulations necessary to administer and implement the telephone assistance program and to receive matching federal low income telephone assistance.
(c) The commission shall submit the telephone assistance program to the federal communications commission for certification and waiver of the federal subscribers line charge.
