33-16-409. Violation declared public nuisance; enforcement; penalties.


WY Stat § 33-16-409 (through 2012) What's This?

Maintenance or operation of a building or structure within the state of Wyoming as a crematorium in violation of the provisions of this act or the rules and regulations of the state board of embalming is a public nuisance and may be abated as provided by law. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned in the county jail for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, or both.
