33-16-406. License or permit fee; renewal.

Each applicant for a permit to operate a crematory in the state of Wyoming shall pay to the state board of embalming at the time of filing the application a fee to be established by the state board of embalming pursuant to W.S. 33-1-201. All licenses or permits issued under this act shall expire on December 31 of each year and may be renewed by payment of the annual license fee to be established by the state board of embalming pursuant to W.S. 33-1-201 provided the applicant is not in violation of this act or the rules and regulations of the state board of embalming.
