CHAPTER 16 - EMBALMERS, FUNERAL DIRECTORS, UNDERTAKERS AND CREMATORIES
33-16-404. Removal of human remains.
Human remains delivered to a crematorium shall not be removed from the casket or other container without the written authorization of the person giving the consent to or requesting the cremation of the human remains. The use of a casket or other container is not a necessary requirement of cremation.
