33-16-315. Funeral where death caused by communicable, contagious or infectious disease.

No funeral director or undertaker shall conduct a public funeral either at his place of business or at a private dwelling house or elsewhere in cases where the deceased died of any communicable, contagious or infectious disease, except in strict compliance with the rules and regulations to be promulgated, from time to time, by the board.
