33-16-308. License to be signed and displayed; business to be in name of licensee.

Every license issued hereunder shall specify the name of the licensee, shall be signed by the licensee and shall be displayed conspicuously in the place of business or employment of the licensee. No funeral establishment shall be conducted or held forth as being conducted, or advertised as being conducted, under any name except the name appearing as licensee in the license issued by the Wyoming state board of embalming.
