33-16-307. Reinstatement of license; fees, penalties.

When a licensed funeral director has for any reason allowed his license to lapse, the Wyoming state board of embalming is hereby given power of reinstatement, if application therefor is made within a period of three (3) years from the lapse and is accompanied by all fees, including penalties, from the time of the lapse to date of reinstatement.
