33-16-305. Continuance; renewal of existing licenses.


WY Stat § 33-16-305 (through 2012) What's This?

Every funeral director already holding a license which has been duly issued under the laws of this state and who is, on the effective date of this act, engaged in or conducting the business of a funeral director at a fixed place or establishment in this state, as designated in the license already held by him or it, shall be entitled to continue in business for the remainder of the year of 1939, and shall be entitled to have his or its license renewed annually upon payment of renewal fees as required under W.S. 33-16-306.
