WY Stat § 33-16-205 (through 2012) What's This?

All printing, postage and other contingent expenses necessarily incurred under the provisions of this act, together with all salaries, expenses and per diem to members of the board shall be paid from the board's account. No warrant shall be drawn upon the account except upon written order of the president of the board and attested by the secretary thereof, the same having been previously authorized by the board.
