15-3-207. Elected officers; qualifications; bonds.


WY Stat § 15-3-207 (through 2012) What's This?

All elected officers shall be qualified electors of the city entitled to vote at all elections therein. Each officer shall give bond in an amount and upon conditions as are provided by ordinance.
