13-7-601. Annual statement by associations.


WY Stat § 13-7-601 (through 2012) What's This?

Each savings and loan association doing business within this state shall on January 1, of each year, or within sixty (60) days after January 1, file with the state banking commissioner a full and detailed statement of its financial condition on the preceding year ending December 31 and of the business transacted during the preceding year. The statement shall set forth the amount and character of its assets, liabilities, receipts and disbursements, shall contain such other information as the state banking commissioner may prescribe and shall be subscribed and sworn to by the president and secretary of the association.
