35-4-701. Running water and toilet facilities to be provided.


WY Stat § 35-4-701 (1997 through Reg Sess) What's This?

It shall be the duty of every person who, in any city or town in this state, uses any theater, hall, or other building, having a seating capacity of one hundred (100) or more, for the purpose of exhibiting motion pictures, to provide running water and toilet facilities in the room used by any cinematograph operator. Such facilities shall include a flush tank toilet and wash basin. Provided, however, that wherever a sewer system is not available for the service of such building, the facilities to be provided shall be such as are acceptable to the county health officer of the county in which such building is situated.
