2-6-303. Annulment and revocation.


WY Stat § 2-6-303 (1997 through Reg Sess) What's This?

If upon trial, the jury, or if no jury, the court decides the will is invalid or that it is not sufficiently proved to be the last will of the testator, the probate shall be annulled and revoked.
