2-2-309. Trial by court or jury.


WY Stat § 2-2-309 (1997 through Reg Sess) What's This?

If no jury is demanded, the court shall try the issues joined. If, on written demand, a jury is called for by either party in a matter triable under W.S. 2-2-308, one shall be had as in other civil cases.
