25.99 - 911 fund.

25.99 911 fund. There is established a separate nonlapsible trust fund designated as the 911 fund, consisting of deposits by the public service commission and department of revenue under s. 196.025 (6) (c) 3.
NOTE: This section is shown as amended eff. 7-1-24 by 2023 Wis. Act 19. Prior to 7-1-24 it reads:
25.99 Police and fire protection fund. There is established a separate nonlapsible trust fund designated as the police and fire protection fund, consisting of deposits by the public service commission and department of revenue under s. 196.025 (6) (c) 3.
