25.772 Hospital assessment fund. There is established a separate nonlapsible trust fund designated as the hospital assessment fund, to consist of all moneys received under s. 50.38 (2) (a) and (b) from assessments on hospitals and all moneys recouped and deposited under s. 50.38 (6) (a) 3.
