345.50 Appeal.

WI Stat § 345.50 (2015) What's This?

345.50  Appeal.

345.50(1)(1)  Jurisdiction on appeal. An appeal from circuit court shall be to the court of appeals.

345.50(2) (2) Stay of execution. The amount of undertaking required to stay execution on appeal shall not exceed the amount of the maximum forfeiture plus court costs.
