29.216 Nonresident archer hunting license.

29.216(1)(1) Issuance. A nonresident archer hunting license shall be issued subject to s. 29.024 by the department to any nonresident applying for this license.

29.216(2) (2)Authorization. The nonresident archer hunting license authorizes the hunting of all game, except bear, elk, wild turkey, and fur-bearing animals, during the open season for the hunting of that game with a bow and arrow.

29.216(3) (3)Deer carcass tag and back tag.

29.216(3)(a)(a) Except as provided in par. (b), the department shall issue to each person who is issued a nonresident archer hunting license a back tag and the appropriate number of deer carcass tags.

29.216(3)(b) (b) The department may not issue a deer carcass tag or back tag to a person who is issued a nonresident archer hunting license if the department issues the nonresident archer hunting license at the reduced fee under s. 29.563 (2g).
