5.054 Duties of the legal counsel.

5.054  Duties of the legal counsel. The board's legal counsel shall:

5.054(1) (1) Whenever a vacancy occurs on the board, call a meeting of the government accountability candidate committee.

5.054(2) (2) Assist the government accountability candidate committee in the performance of its functions.
