461.06 Rules.

461.06  Rules. The department shall promulgate rules to implement this chapter. Those rules shall include rules providing for all of the following:

461.06(1) (1) Alternative registration of professional employer organizations under s. 461.02 (7) (a) and (b).

461.06(2) (2) Reasonable fees for any service provided under this chapter that do not exceed an amount that is necessary to cover the cost of providing that service.

461.06(3) (3) Minimum requirements for issuance or renewal of a registration under s. 461.02 (8).
