(1) Educational approval board. There is created an educational approval board which is attached to the technical college system board under s. 15.03. The board shall consist of not more than 7 members, who shall be representatives of state agencies and other persons with a demonstrated interest in educational programs, appointed to serve at the pleasure of the governor.
