SUBCHAPTER IIIOFFICE OF REGULATORY ASSISTANCE
560.41 Definitions. In this subchapter:
560.41(1c)
(1c) "Agency" has the meaning given in s. 16.70 (1e).560.41(1g)
(1g) "Authority" has the meaning given in s. 16.70 (2).560.41(1n)
(1n) "Brownfields" means abandoned, idle or underused industrial or commercial facilities or sites, the expansion or redevelopment of which is adversely affected by actual or perceived environmental contamination.560.41(1r)
(1r) "Municipality" has the meaning given in s. 16.70 (8).560.41(1w)
(1w) "Office" means the office of regulatory assistance in the department.560.41(2)
(2) "Permit" means any approval of an agency required as a condition of operating a business in this state.560.41 - ANNOT.
