29.161 Resident small game hunting license.

29.161(1)

(1) A resident small game hunting license shall be issued subject to ss. 29.024 and 54.25 (2) (c) 1. d. by the department to any resident applying for this license. The resident small game hunting license does not authorize the hunting of bear, deer, elk, or wild turkey.

29.161(2)

(2) A resident small game hunting license authorizes hunting with a firearm, airgun, or bow and arrow or with a crossbow if the holder of the license has a Class A, Class B, or Class C permit issued under s. 29.193 (2) that authorizes hunting with a crossbow, has a crossbow permit issued under s. 29.171 (4) (a), or has attained the age of 65 years.
