961.115 Native American Church exemption. This chapter does not apply to the nondrug use of peyote and mescaline in the bona fide religious ceremonies of the Native American Church.961.115 - ANNOT.

Because the exemption is based upon the unique cultural heritage of Native Americans, it is not an unconstitutional classification. State v. Peck, 143 Wis. 2d 624, 422 N.W.2d 160 (Ct.
