612.53 Loss adjustment.612.53(1)
(1) Rules. The commissioner may promulgate rules for loss adjustment procedures.612.53(2)
(2) Administration of oaths by secretary. The secretary of a town mutual may, without compensation, administer oaths and take acknowledgments necessary to adjust claims against the town mutual.612.53 - ANNOT.
