560.031 Grants for ethanol production facilities. Notwithstanding ss. 560.138 (2) (a) and 560.17 (3), the department may not make a grant for an ethanol production facility on which construction begins after July 27, 2005, unless a competitive bidding process is used for the construction of the ethanol production facility.560.031 - ANNOT.
