48.73 Inspection of licensees. The department may visit and inspect each child welfare agency, foster home, treatment foster home, group home, and child care center licensed by it, and for such purpose shall be given unrestricted access to the premises described in the license.48.73 - ANNOT.
NOTE: This section is repealed and recreated by 2009 Wis. Act 185 eff. the date stated in the notice provided by the secretary of children and families and published in the Wisconsin Administrative Register under s. 48.62 (9) to read:48.73 - ANNOT.
