304.115 Emergency removal. When an emergency exists which in the opinion of the secretary makes it advisable, the secretary may permit the temporary removal of a convicted person for such period and upon such conditions as the secretary determines. The secretary may delegate this authority to the deputy and the wardens and superintendents of the state prisons.304.115 - ANNOT.
