30.1235 Municipal bridge construction. Municipalities which construct or reconstruct highway bridges shall not be required to obtain permits under s. 30.12 or 30.123 for that construction or reconstruction. All municipal highway bridges shall be constructed or reconstructed in accordance with standards developed under s. 84.01 (23).30.1235 - ANNOT.
