254.68 Fees. Except as provided in s. 254.69 (2) (d) and (e), the department shall promulgate rules that establish, for permits issued under s. 254.64, permit fees, preinspection fees, reinspection fees, fees for operating without a permit, late fees for untimely permit renewal, fees for comparable compliance or variance requests, and fees for pre-permit review of restaurant plans.254.68 - ANNOT.
