150.975 Applications. Applications for mental retardation facility or community mental health center construction projects for which federal funds are requested shall be submitted to the department by the state, a political subdivision thereof or by a public or other nonprofit agency. Each application for a construction project shall conform to federal and state requirements.150.975 - ANNOT.
