§5-16B-9. Public-Private Partnerships

The director may work in conjunction with a nonprofit corporation organized pursuant to the corporate laws of the state, structured to permit qualification pursuant to section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code for purposes of assisting the childrens health program and funded from sources other than the state or federal government.
