Article 12. Release and Assignment of Liens
§38-12-7. Release When Lienor Under Disability
Universal Citation: WV Code § 38-12-7 (2022)
In case of the death, insanity, or infancy of the person entitled to the lien, the release may be made by the personal representative, committee, or guardian of such person, as the case may be.
