Article 37. Managing General Agents
§33-37-8. Effective Date
Universal Citation: WV Code § 33-37-8 (2020)
This article shall take effect on July 1, 2004. No insurer may continue to use the services of a managing general agent on and after July 1, 2004, except in compliance with this article.
