§6-2-8. Bond of Clerk of Supreme Court of Appeals
Universal Citation: WV Code § 6-2-8 (2019)
The clerk of the Supreme Court of Appeals shall give bond, to be approved by said court, in a penalty of not less than $3,000 nor more than $10,000, as the court shall prescribe.
