§46A-6F-103. Consumer; Purchaser
Universal Citation: WV Code § 46A-6F-103 (2019)
?Consumer" or ?purchaser" means a person who is solicited to become or does become obligated to pay for consumer goods or services offered by a telemarketer through telemarketing.
