§8-13C-13. Study.

The chief technology officer, appointed pursuant to article one-b, chapter five of this code, shall conduct a study on the cost for the Tax Commissioner to implement the taxes that may be imposed pursuant to this article. The chief technology officer shall report the findings and recommendations to the Joint Committee on Government and Finance before December 1, 2004.
