§37-1-12. Guardian ad litem in summary proceeding.

WV Code § 37-1-12 (2015) What's This?

For every such minor or insane person or convict the court shall appoint a guardian ad litem who must be present at the hearing of the summary proceeding mentioned in the preceding section.
